Nuclear Powered Cars

A nuclear powered car would be awesome, and I just saw a video about a non-radioactive fusion process that uses Boron-11 and electostatic fusion. There is a video on google that shows a presentation about this. Though fusion has a history of not working, the inventors got the 2006 technology of the year award. so someone must think it works. Would this cause wars over Boron or other substances needed in the reaction? This reminds me of the car in back to the future, but that one needed plutonium.

Wake up to the dinosaurs!

When you wake up in the morning and hear the birds chirping, it's cool to think that maybe they were once dinosaurs! All the little dinosaurs are chirping!

Last night I watched a talk by Richard Dawkins about our improbable universe, quantum improbability, and how our world view makes it hard to contemplate the vast size of the universe, or the world at the atomic level.
