Keto and Serotonin Regulation
I got into Paleo years ago and eventually followed nearly everyone in that community over to Keto. Keto never seemed to work very well for me. I didn’t know what else to do and kept at it for a long time, even though some issues it caused were difficult to deal with.
My sleep was a wreck when I was in ketosis and I often would clench my jaw and grind my teeth during my sleep.

Twitter may have forgotten that you are one click away from everything else. Keeping your users happy should be something you pay attention to. If you stop doing that for whatever reason, they can easily leave, in large numbers and at speed. Twitter may be experiencing what that is like right now.

Eat at least 2 tablespoons of butter per day!
If you want to get to be healthy make sure you eat two at least tablespoons of butter or ghee per day!
Before vegetable oils people ate 18 pounds of butter a year! That is 8100 grams, or 22 grams per day. A tablespoon of butter is 14 grams, so almost two tablespoons per day. That was just butter! Not counting all the other fat intake in animal meat, cheese, milk, and eggs.
